Job Responsibilities

  • Supervise the trade marketing team to achieve business objectives
  • Collaborate sales and brand teams to strengthen the promotion effectiveness
  • Translate brand & sales plans into in-store promotion plans in the areas of POS, planogram, trade promotion
  • Prepare competitive analysis in order to formulate appropriate strategy at trade level
  • Build up the strong relationship with trade channels to enhance the market exposure and produce awareness.
  • Plan and execute trade marketing programs such as sales competition, distribution drive and visibility enhancement
  • Manage the assigned budget, monitor and evaluate promotional effectiveness and recommend the workable solution to drive the result.
  • Ensure market intelligence and promotion execution are well-delivered
  • Advise the distribution strategy to expand product coverage in MT and TT channels

Job Requirements

  • Degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration or related disciplines
  • Minimum 6 years related experience in Marketing field, experience in FMCG or beverage industries are preferred
  • At least 3 years’ experience at managerial level to supervise the trade marketing team
  • Energetic, well-organized, presentable, detail-minded, logical thinking and able to work independently
  • Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skill
  • Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese
  • PC Knowledge in MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint and Chinese Processing
