Responsibilities:

  • Support Merchandising Administration Team in providing administrative assistance to Merchandising Department in order to facilitate the merchandising and buying activities
  • Management vendor and product data maintenance, product price maintenance; retail support routine management
  • Coordinate buyers, stores, other business units and supplier issues
  • Assist Purchasing Director to complete the procurement contract renewal, establishment and maintenance
  • Assist Purchasing Director to follow up departmental performance indicators to complete the situation
  • Assist purchasing director to complete annual budget preparation
  • Assist Purchasing Director to complete departmental business process and system revision

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in related disciplines
  • 8 years or above working experience in FMCG category management with at least 3 years in managerial level, ideally experience gained from convenient stores
  • Excellent category management and vendor management in FMCG
  • Possess strategic and logical thinking and sensitive to market trend
  • Strong negotiation skills and communication skills
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
