Responsibilities:

  • Act as a strategic partner with Training Manager to execute effective learning and development programs for frontline staff in Hong Kong
  • Conduct classroom coaching as well as follow-up and improve individual productivity of beauty advisors
  • Assess training needs and formulate training materials to align with corporate training guidelines, ensure high service quality and enhance sales performance
  • Conduct regular store visits to ensure the frontline talent development
  • Prepare and update and training materials and tools periodically to adapt local requirements
  • Evaluate and monitor the effectiveness and efficiency of training programs based on the feedback from internal and external customers as well as the KPIs improvement of frontline staff
  • Administration of the Training strategy and Logistics


Requirement:

  • Degree in related discipline
  • 2 - 4 years of training experience preferably from beauty industry
  • Solid experience in delivery of training programs, training needs assessment and post-training evaluation
  • Strong passion in training & development and retail industry
  • Good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Organized, self-motivated, people-orientated, and passionate in beauty industry
