Job Responsibilities

  • To assist in monitoring service quality and providing staff counselling.

協助監控服務質量和提供員工諮詢

  • To prepare and formulate internal training plans and establish an effective training system to meet company’s goals.

準備和製定內部培訓計劃,建立有效的培訓體係以實現公司目標

  • To prepare and organize the training materials.

           準備和組織培訓教材

  • To improve the customer service quality and arrange the regular assessments.

           提高客戶服務質量並安排定期評估

  • To evaluate, assess and monitor the effectiveness of overall training programs.

檢討、評估和監控整體培訓計劃的有效性

  • To perform other duties assigned by supervisor.

           執行主管指派的其他職責

Job Requirements

  • DSE/ F.5 or above in any discipline.

           DSE 或中五以上學歷

  • Possess teaching qualifications and hold ITEC4 / QF4 certificate.

           具有教學資格並持有ITEC4 / QF4 證書

  • Highly responsible and able to complete task independently.

           責任心強,能夠獨立完成工作

  • Familiar with medical aesthetics equipment and theory.

           熟悉醫學美容設備和理論

  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, initiative, well-organized, communicative, and hardworking.

優秀的人際溝通技巧、主動性、組織性、溝通能力和勤奮

  • Good command in English and Chinese is required.

           需要良好的英文和中文程度

  • Immediately available is highly preferred.
