Training and Development Assistant Manager

Job Responsibilities:

  • Facilitating In-house training activities.
  • Design and formulate training, learning and development strategies.
  • Analyze training plan for effective learning.
  • Utilize learning resources provided online and identify and work with internal/external consultants to conduct course content.
  • To ensure employees are equipped with skills and knowledge to meet with the company standard.

Job Requirements:

  • University bachelor's degree or above in business-related disciplines.
  • Minimum 6+ years of experience in Training & Development.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, proposal, report writing capability, and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, candidates with mastery of Photoshop and other graphic editing software preferred
  • Strong business acumen; experience in new social media is much preferred
