Training and Sustainability Assistant

  • Responsible for a full spectrum of Training & Development function including delivery of in-house training and seminars (such as team building, coaching, management skill, etc), coordinating with external consultancy on training & development events
  • Identify and analyze training needs and recommend appropriate training solutions for management considerations
  • Develop training roadmap and determine appropriate initiatives and instructional methods to ensure training programs & development needs are met
  • Assist in Talent Pool execution programs and implement talent development campaigns for performance management, leadership development, management skill and succession planning
  • Develop and implement the delivery of the Group Sustainability Strategies / CSR Strategies and ensure action plans of internal teams to align with our strategies and goals
  • Developing strategies, solutions, design schemes and technical specifications for sustainable development of energy, water and waste.
  • Participating in Listed Company Sustainability & ESG reporting &  programs
  • Responsible for the employee and Departmental performance appraisal and KPI achievement,recommendations and action plans for continuous improvement
  • Participate in ad hoc projects as assigned


  • Degree holder in Sustainability, Human Resources, Business Administration or other related disciplines with at least 2 years’ of Sustainability/Corporate Social Responsibility/Environmental management/Training/Employee Relation relevant experience
  • Hands-on training & development experience in manufacturing, retail and catering industry will be definitely an advantage
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation and facilitation skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese word processing, with knowledge in multi-media software and HRIS is preferred
  • Occasionally travel to Dongguan
