Description

Reporting to the AVP of HR, you will lead a small team to manage and drive all training and development curriculum.

Responsibilities Include:

Formulate and implement learning and development strategies through the design of multiple modules annually covering a wide arrange of topics

  • Liaise with various business units to understand their training needs and then implement new standards, system and processes
  • Develop and implement the Staff Development Program, working closely with line managers to identify and successfully train high-potentials
  • Continuously monitor the effective of training and development programs, making changes as necessary to ensure that the programs meet business standards and drive business goals
  • Continuous communication with key internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Act as the first point of contact for all training and development needs






Profile
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
  • At least 7 years' experience in training or learning & development, with at least 3 years at a managerial level
  • Experience working within technology or communications industry a plus
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, ability to be personable and persuasive
  • Excellent spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Hard-working and team-oriented, with the drive for results
