We are looking for a high calibre professional to join the branch of Centre of Learning Excellence of CLP Power Learning Institute of CLP Power Hong Kong Limited.

Reporting to the Manager - Learning Excellence, the appointee will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Support the System Owner and Administrator in formulation of the Training Governance System related procedures and development of verification tools to ensure smooth operations of the training systems
  • Maintain procedures and mechanisms of regular self-check, measurement and verification to ensure all training and development program & activities, competency & skills assessments, authorization process are governed and complied according to the Training Governance System, statutory requirements and company policies and standards
  • Liaise with SME trainers on the training digitalization plan, resources planning, and digital solutions deliveries and quality meet stakeholders' training needs upon any changing environment
  • Provide consultancy services, manage the execution and technical delivery of IT development projects and up-to-date IT applications and solutions on training programs and management solutions in compliance with system security and information security policies of the company
  • Develop and maintain the data management, verification and reporting systems on training data to ensure data integrity, easy tracking and enable analysis for business planning
  • Be the owner or administrator of learning management systems and training platforms to ensure they function effectively for the purposes intent, discrepancies identified and corrective actions taken
  • Administrate the systems, procedures and resources in place to support and report the performance of operation, administration, asset management, financial control and compliance of the training organisation, and to evaluate their effectiveness of the processes and resources deployment
  • Maintain and develop training staff's job relevant skills and knowledge to ensure areas of specialization are continuously improved
  • Adopt quality assurance principles, company quality processes, best practices and technologies to support learning, training and administrative services
  • Ensure skill training on Learning Management System and e-learning content development software is provided to internal trainers/users
  • Ensure that digital learning solution is made available in effective platforms and delivered in a timely and effective manner, as well as supporting the development of an integrated IT platform


  • A recognized Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management / Training / Psychology / IT / or related disciplines
  • Alternatively, a recognized Bachelor Degree in Engineering Discipline, plus Corporate membership of a recognized professional institute
  • At least 5 years of experience in relevant field
  • Knowledge in LMS/ digital-learning project implementation would be an advantage
  • Certificate in the Train the Trainer or equivalent would be an advantage
