Training Executive

Our Client oversees the distribution of quality consumer brands throughout mainland China, Hong Kong and Apac

Job Responsibilities:

  • Design training programs and prepare tools including translation, material's preparation and presentation
  • Conduct product and soft skills training
  • Coach and have regular store visits to monitor staff performance
  • Support and monitor Mystery Shopping program with improvement and recommendation
  • Identify training needs and provide appropriate support
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and initiate improvement plan
  • Assist in prepare yearly training plan, monitor and control training budget

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in any discipline
  • 3 years experience in training field
  • Experience in Consumer Electronic field is an advantage
  • Good presentation and communication skills
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
  • Proficient in MS Office & Powerpoint


  • $26,000 - $35,000
  • 13 Days Annual Leave
  • Medical Coverage
