Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for HR & Training functions including Training & Development, Recruitment, Compensation & benefits, Employee Relationship and Office Administration etc
  • Arrange retail & office staff training, class scheduling, course enrollments and performance analysis
  • Prepare and develop training procedure manual / guides / workflow and course materials
  • Maintain and update all training materials for in-house course
  • To be responsible for on boarding program for the new recruit
  • Project Management

Requirements:

  • University graduate in Human Resources Management, Training and Development, Business Administration or related disciplines
  • At least 3-5 years’ relevant experience in HR & Training in Retail industry preferred;
  • Good presentation and communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, well-organized, will to learn, and attentive to details
  • Good spoken and written in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
  • Be interested in Pet industry
  • Willing to business trip in China
  • Personality: Energetic, Have empathy, Organized, Multi-tasker, Can deal with grey areas, Good communicator, Enjoy challenges, Be cooperative
  • Immediately available in preferred
