Training Manager -培訓經理

JOB RESPONSIBLITIES:

  • Manage full spectrum of Training and Development activities according to our hotel guideline.
  • Recommend and manage the Training and Development activities to strengthen and enhance the quality and performance of team member at all level by developing training plans, organizing training programs, analyzing and evaluating its effectiveness to align with the direction and strategies of Eaton HK for developing people and culture.
  • Identify, select and manage external training and accreditation providers for service assurance and ensure they deliver required training to appropriate standards.
  • Identify training and development needs of departments and individuals and to customize curriculum which are suitable to adhere with our hotel goals.
  • Revamp existing training programme and create new programme accordance to our direction of the hotel.
  • Implement initiatives in reinforcing learning culture in the company, as well as to support and monitor individual learning initiatives for enhancing their capabilities
  • Maintain good partnership with all educational institutions and oversee all internship programs.
  • Lead and manage career talks, hotel visits and other trainee / internship programs with school and hotel institutions.

  • 提昇公司同事間互相學習的文化,並支持和監督個人學習計劃以增強其能力積效
  • 與所有教育機構保持良好的伙伴關係,並監督所有實習計劃
  • 與學校或相關機構一起規劃職業講座、參觀酒店和其他實習計劃
