Our client is well-known property developer with diversified business from shopping mall, hotel management to luxurious club house. They are looking for a Training Manager to join their team.

The Job:

  • Report to the Head of Talent and Development, to lead a team to develop company-wide training initiatives and programs
  • Identify company training needs, formulate and develop training strategies and implement plans for all frontline staff
  • Lead the team to develop training programs and conduct field work coaching to frontline staff to achieve excellent service
  • Collaborate with Talent Development colleagues in crafting a holistic career development plan encompassing soft skills and company required competencies
  • Manage training budget, course development, training need analysis and program review
  • Prepare and monitor annual training budget
  • Conduct TTT sessions and provide coaching and development when appropriate

The Candidate:

  • Degree holder in any disciplines with 8 years in training within property development, hotel and retail industry
  • Experienced in planning, organizing and delivering a wide range of training activities
  • Strong retail business acumen and analytical skills, action-oriented
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills 
  • High proficiency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese 
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Training Manager
