Training Manager - Branch Operations

Requirements and Application Details:

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, coordinate and deliver training solutions on branch operations, financial services, branch operational risk management and control
Assess training needs and evaluate effectiveness of training solutions
Coordinate with external consultants on the design and delivery of language courses and other training solutions
Assist in managing the trainee program and other training-related project
Requirements:

Degree holder in Business, Economics, Finance or related disciplines
Certified Banker or holder of equivalent professional qualification is desirable
Minimum 5 years relevant training or banking experience
Experience in Commercial/Corporate Banking business is a definite advantage
Good communication, interpersonal, presentation, analytical, problem solving skills
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, fluency in Mandarin is preferable
