Our client is well-known property developer with diversified business from shopping mall, hotel management to luxurious club house. They are looking for a Training Manager - eLearning to join their team.

The Job:

  • Report to the Head of Talent and Development to develop and manage web based digital training strategies of the company
  • Work closely with Training colleagues to design and develop interactive online eLearning solutions for the company
  • Develop various eLearning programs and materials and incorporates with current training program and curriculum
  • Evaluate the methodologies from time to time to make sure participants are fully immersed with the digital learning experience
  • Liaise with external vendor to develop and maintain the platform
  • Provide support to the program roll-out

The Candidate:

  • Degree holder in any disciplines with 5 to 8 years in training, learning and development in property development, hotel and retail industry
  • Experience in translating traditional training programs into e-learning platform and digital projects
  • Familiar with the use of technology and learning management system
  • Experience in managing IT digit learning projects
  • High proficiency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Strong communication skills, self-starter, positive mentality
