Training Manager - Insurance company
Responsibilities:
- Assist to formulate training development strategies, identify training needs and deliver training programs to the Insurance Consultants
- Handle ad hoc projects as assigned
Requirements:
- University graduate, preferably with a degree in Finance or Business
- At least 5 years’ training experience
- Experience in financial or insurance industry, relevant exp to provide training to Insurance Consutlant is a MUST
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills with positive mindset
- Excellent command of both English and Chinese
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
