  • Determining training competencies by conducting analysis of overall needs and specific skill or knowledge gaps.
  • Develop quality programs and implement them with a view to ensure the field departments are delivering quality products
  • Conduct technical training course and preparing training materials
  • Handle and coordinates all product administration activities and keep track the progress
  • Co-ordinates and administers mechanic training programs, promotion examination and company sponsored training for Apprentice
  • Monitor on-job-training of Apprentice


  • Minimum 10 years working experiences in lift/escalator industry
  • Proven and successful experience in technical training
  • Skilled at evaluating and analyzing needs and skill gaps
  • A degree in quality management or engineering will be an advantage
