Training Manager (Luxury Retail, APAC)


Company Profile

Our client is a luxury retail group and they are looking for a Training Manager to join the team.



  • Identify training needs and create strategies
  • Develop a training program and lead the training for all front line staffs in APAC
  • Develop training tools, ensure all training materials are correct and translated for the market.
  • Align the training requirement with HQ and global
  • Control and monitor training budget
  • Assist in any other ad-hoc duties



  • Bachelor Degree holder
  • At least 5 years of retail training experience, preferably in retail sector
  • Understanding of the luxury fashion industry
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Self-motivated and detail oriented
  • Excellent English and Chinese
  • Frequent travelling in APAC
