Our client is a luxury brand renowned across the world, widely known for their collections of exquisite leather goods / handbags. To date, they have become one of the leading names in the luxury sector. They are now seeking a Training Manager to join their team.
Manage the annual training budgets and training calendar to achieve defined objectives for the Hong Kong and Macau markets
Support Training Director in building a coherent training strategy for the region, and to share and adopt best practices
Facilitate classroom training and conduct field coaching to retail teams in Hong Kong and Macau to enhance superior customer service standards and selling skills techniques in view of optimizing retail sales performance
Responsible for induction training for office and retail teams in Hong Kong and Macau to ensure successful onboarding of all new staff into the organization
Responsible for periodic seasonal / corporate training for retail teams in Hong Kong and Macau to improve product knowledge and build a strong sense of corporate belonging
Work closely with Department Heads to support performance management, identify performance gaps and propose training solutions to fill those gaps
Design training plans, materials and sytems to meet the business needs and set strategies to identify and develop key talents
Build up strong bonding with all levels of staff by spearheading teambuilding and staff activities
？ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
5 years experience in training facilitation, experience in luxury retail industry preferred
Strong project management and presentation skill
Excellent communication skills with strong command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Strong interpersonal skills; comfortable with all levels of management hierarchy
