Identifies and analyzes training needs for staff enhancement, develops and monitors training plans and corporate culture activities to ensure that an adequate and continuing flow of qualified staff exists to provide excellent services in the Bank.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management with at least 4 years training or banking experience;
  • A good team player with sound presentation, interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Able to handle multi-tasks independently and self-motivated;
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese, fluent in Putonghua is preferable.

(Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Training Manager.)
