Training Manager (Retail)

Responsibilities:

  • Establish training management system and related regulation and conducts research on training expenses to prepare and control overall training and development budgets;
  • Deliver In-store and classroom training programs including Product training, Coaching Skill, Selling Skill, Quality Services for all levels of staff in retail and corporate level, and conduct orientation to the new joiners.
  • Identify company training needs, formulate and deliver in-house product & service training programs to frontline staff
  • Conduct regular store visits to ensure the execution of frontline talent development
  • Prepare and update training materials and tools periodically
  • Evaluate training programs to facilitate continuous improvement of training deliverables
  • Handle ad hoc assignments and projects as assigned by management.
     

Requirements: 

  • University graduate in Business Administration / Human Resources Management / Training & Development / a related discipline
  • At least 5 years of training experience in which 2 years at supervisory level, preferably from retail industry
  • Extensive experience in designing and delivering sales, service and soft skills training programs
  • Strong passion in training & development and retail industry
  • Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
