Responsibilities:

  • Propose and support the planning and design of corporate and sales development initiatives, assessment tools and processes based on sales diagnosis
  • Design and implement talent development process and framework for talents acquisition and identification
  • Design and implement the career development plans for key internal and sales talents to facilitate their career planning and development
  • Source, select, evaluate and manage external consultants to support the delivery of key development programmes
  • Implement and monitor the corporate and sales development projects and initiatives. Provide the senior management team of the regular reports and review for the effectiveness of implementation

Requirements

  • University graduate in business or training related disciplines
  • 3-5 years of relevant working experience, with a strong administration background
  • Solid Experience in Talent Development and Training
  • Good Stakeholder Management
  • Good understanding in the Insurance and Banking industry
  • Good written and spoken Chinese is required
  •  *Candidates with more experience will be considered to the post of Senior Manager.
