Training Manager

Streamline Consultancy Limited

Our Client is a well-known retail company. They are currently seeking a passionate candidate to join them.

Responsibilities:

  • To manage the full spectrum of Training and Development activities according to company guideline
  • Analyze the training needs by conducting an annual training needs assessments, reviewing result, designing and implementing the necessary programs for all levels of staff
  • Prepare, review and enhance training materials in professional quality to cope with business needs
  • To train and develop staff for participation in external competition
  • To source and liaise with external training vendors for facilitating development and outsource training program
  • To perform any other duties as requested in a diligent and conscientious manner

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Training and Development, Human Resources Management or equivalent
  • At least 6 years solid retail training experience on management level
  • Hands-on design, develop and delivery of training programme experience
  • Able to transfer training knowledge and concepts into practical skills
  • Positive thinking, result-oriented, proactive and creative
  • Good interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Chinese Word Processing
  • Good command in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
