About The Role
Reporting to Human Resource Director, Training Manager will be responsible for

  • Developing and implementing training plans, materials and system to build product expertise
  • Facilitating and conducting various training to office and retail teams to improve product knowledge and optimise sales performance and brand loyalty
  • Managing the annual training budgets, strategies and calendar to achieve business goals
  • Building a retail training programme to develop key talents and leaders
  • Enhancing the effective coaching culture to drive team performance

About You

  • University graduate in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • Minimum 6 years solid training and coaching experience in FMCG industry is preferred
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin);
  • Excellent project management and presentation skills
