Training Manager

A world class construction company in Hong Kong is looking for high calibre candidate to join their Learning & Development Team.

Reporting to Senior HR Manager, Learning & Development, you will be responsible for

  • Provide consultative services to line managers in formulating learning and development activities for the Business Units and other supporting functions in regions;
  • Review and update Learning and Development policies and procedures and make timely recommendations to encourage life-long learning for the company;
  • Design, deliver and evaluate management training courses;
  • Train and coach line trainers in the design and delivery of technical courses;
  • Manage professional training schemes and career development programs;
  • Monitor/Review Company Academy, EKP and other programmes;
  • Supervise Orientation Programme;
  • Assist in talent management and succession planning for the development of high potentials.

Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources & Training or related disciplines;
  • Solid training experience at managerial level;
  • Sound knowledge of the latest development in training & development;
  • Experienced in using pyschometrics tools such as OPQ, MBTI and DISC;
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills;
  • Strong ability in people management;
  • A team player with independent critical thinking;
  • Sound analytical skills;
  • Well-organized & Customer-focus;
  • Excellent command of English and Chinese.
