Job Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for full spectrum of training function for the teams
  • Identify training needs, develop and deliver training solutions including , health & safety, construction / project training,customer service, supervisory and management skills
  • Perform training assessment and analysis
  • Formulate, develop and implement training plans for all levels of frontline staff and monitor the effectiveness of the training programs
  • Prepare and monitor annual training and budget, consolidate statistical reports and feedback surveys of the training program


Job Requirements:

  • Degree holder in HR Training or related disciplines
  • Minimum 8 years' solid training and development experiences, preferably in sizeable company
  • Experience in property, sales & marketing, project & construction industry is highly preferred
  • Ability to develop interactive, creative and comprehensive training programs in a variety of areas
  • Proactive, self-initiated with the ability to work independently
  • Mature, well-organized and detailed-minded
  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Putonghua
  • Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
