Conduct training needs analysis according to business processes & requirements
Identify and propose change management strategies and training solutions in alignment with business development plan and T&D strategies and regulations
Carry out change management program and deliver training programmes and activities based on needs and level of adoption
Design suitable method to measure the training effectiveness
Support and drive for user adoption for different apps and programme
Work with branches and app owners to design and develop proper training material including appropriate e-learning materials, provide advisory service on e-learning based on the level of users, requirement from app owners and feedback from branches
Undergraduate Degree or equivalent in Business or Engineering
3 years or above solid training experience in MNC (Engineering background will be an advantage)
Knowledge of contemporary training mechanism
Open-minded and fast learner
Passionate in nurturing trainees with patience care, identify the academic strengths, maturity, needs and career aspiration
Proficient in PowerPoint, MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
Excellent command of English and Cantonese – written and spoken. (Mandarin is a plus)
Willing to conduct training during non- office hour & weekend is a must
