Training Officer (1-Year contract renewable)

  • Conduct training needs analysis according to business processes & requirements
  • Identify and propose change management strategies and training solutions in alignment with business development plan and T&D strategies and regulations
  • Carry out change management program and deliver training programmes and activities based on needs and level of adoption
  • Design suitable method to measure the training effectiveness
  • Support and drive for user adoption for different apps and programme
  • Work with branches and app owners to design and develop proper training material including appropriate e-learning materials, provide advisory service on e-learning based on the level of users, requirement from app owners and feedback from branches


  • Undergraduate Degree or equivalent in Business or Engineering
  • 3 years or above solid training experience in MNC (Engineering background will be an advantage)
  • Knowledge of contemporary training mechanism
  • Open-minded and fast learner
  • Passionate in nurturing trainees with patience care, identify the academic strengths, maturity, needs and career aspiration
  • Proficient in PowerPoint, MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
  • Excellent command of English and Cantonese – written and spoken. (Mandarin is a plus)
  • Willing to conduct training during non- office hour & weekend is a must
