Training Officer (Beauty Products)

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, organize and implement the product training programs.
  • To regularly review and improve the training programs and materials as well as to translate product information.
  • To identify training needs for retail staff and customers.
  • To assist sales and marketing team in seminars, workshops and demonstrations.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above with at least 3 years' solid experience in beauty cosmetic industry.
  • International recognized professional in the beauty service industry is preferred.
  • Familiar with product ingredients.
  • Experience in product translation is an advantage.
  • A good team player, independent with excellent presentation and coaching skills.
  • Proactive and sensitive to customers' needs and market trend, and customer service oriented.
  • Good command of spoken and written English & Mandarin.
  • Familiar with MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing.
  • Immediate available is preferred.
