To cope with the business expansion of I.T, high calibre candidates are invited to fill the following position:-

Training Officer - Footwear (CT-IT-TO)

  • Identify training needs and develop training plans for frontline staff to help establish the values, spirit and culture of the company
  • Conduct various training programs to enhance technical competences, work knowledge and soft skills development
  • Develop and organize staff relations / team building projects
  • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through effective field coaching and regular shop visits
  • Review and maintain training database and consolidate training reports for management review


  • Degree holder with at least 3-4 years’ solid experience in training and development preferably gained from fashion / footwear retail chains
  • Proven track record in developing and conducting training programs for frontline staff, as well as shaping customer service culture
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills, able to communicate well with different levels of employees
