Job Responsibilities:

  • Report to Assistant Training Manager & Head of Human Resources;
  • Assist in developing and delivering in-house training through identifying employees’ training needs at all level
  • Support overall training programme coordination including training materials design, translation, logistic arrangement, administration and reporting tasks
  • Facilitate classroom training and coaching at outlet
  • Explore and coordinate external training programme and activities for the group
  • Work closely with Front-line Operations Teams & service providers to review, evaluate and monitor the Mystery Shopper Programme
  • Support recruitment, staff activities and any ad hoc task assigned if necessary
  • Any Ad hoc tasks assigned

Job Requirement

  • University graduate in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Training & Development or any a related discipline
  • With at least 1 year of solid experience in training and development field, preferably in Catering, Food & Beverage or Retail industries
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin
  • Be a team player with energetic, self-motivated and details oriented attitude
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Chinese Word Processing
