Our client is looking for a high caliber to join their dynamic team as a Training Officer.

Job Descriptions:

  • Responsible for retail frontline staff training.
  • Analyse staff training needs and design training program for staff.
  • Create the most effective training program, which can be in terms of seminars, workshop, guest speech, e-class, etc.
  • Cooperate with different departments for training purpose.
  • Prepare training materials, such as Powerpoint and video.
  • Manage Mystery Shopper program.
  • Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor or above in Human Resources, Training and Development or related disciplines.
  • 5 years experience on training retail frontline staff.
  • Outgoing person with excellent communication skills.
  • Creative and able to develop novel ideas on training.
  • Analytical and detail minded.
  • Proficient in MS office Applications and financial software.
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
  • Good at customer services skills.
