Training Officer

  • To support implementation of learning and development initiatives (on both services and kitchen) to fulfill operations needs and staff development strategies for designated brand/segment.
  • To liaise with different parties for identifying and assessing training needs.
  • To assist in design, organize and conduct training courses and development programs for designated brand/segment, such as orientation, communication skills, customer services etc.
  • To develop and prepare Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) documentation.
  • To maintain and update the training materials which in line with the latest operations development and training records.
  • To support the career management of staff in designated brand/segment by organizing required assessment and accreditation.
  • To perform any other ad hoc projects as assigned.


  • Degree holder in Training & Development, Human Resources Management or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 2 to 4 years relevant working experience in Training & Development, preferably in Service or Catering Industry.
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese. 
  • Competent in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing. 
  • Knowledge of video shooting and editing will be an advantage.
  • Good team player in managing internal and external business partners.
  • Immediately available is preferred.
