  • Design, develop and deliver on-going mobile training programs to internal and external customer
  • Training administration including budgeting and expenditure control, training records and system, and compiling training administration manuals and guidelines to ensure smoothness in operations and compliance with internal requirements
  • Collect MI, market and customer feedback in the changing environment
  • Assist manager to conduct training programs and provide logistics support
  • Conduct the post-training evaluation through survey analysis, mystery shopper program, field observation & to monitor training efficiency and effectiveness
  • Prepare Training report analysis, and keep all the training records up-to-date
  • Coordinate cross teams or departmental activities


  • Higher Diploma holder or above
  • 2 years experience in Training or Retail, preferably gained from Telecom or Mobile industries
  • Hands-on training experience will be definitely an advantage
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in MS office, especially PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
  • Proactive, energetic dynamic and mature team player with positive attitude
  • Fresh Graduates are also welcome
