What you will be doing:

Selling skills training and coaching:

  • Conduct sales training to frontline staff; including brand story, product knowledge, customer service and selling skills
  • Conduct shop visits, briefings, field coaching and classroom trainings to ensure retail sales personnel are adapt in selling concepts, best practices, and procedures of our online to offline shopping experience
  • Complete individual and store level needs analysis during store visits and communicate findings with relevant departments
  • Schedule individual or team training plans on a regular basis

Develop training program :

Design training programs and assessments to enhance the skillset and knowledge of different levels of retail sales personnel
Evaluate the effectiveness and application of training programmes and compile relevant analysis reports
Weekly follow-up training and coaching summary on staff performance by store basis to management

Who is our Right Fit:

  • University degree or above
  • Preferred 3-5 years’ experience in Training and Education in the FMCG/retail Industry
  • Specialist in retail training and development by store with experience in people development
  • Versatile and proven ability in interactive and engaging sales training, customer service and communication skills
  • Service oriented with excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Resourceful and able to work independently and effectively in a team
  • Ability to work under pressure and independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Cantonese and English (written & verbal).
  • Advanced level in MS Office applications (e.g. MS Excel and PowerPoint).
