Training Officer

Harbour Plaza Hotel Management Limited

Reporting to the Training Manager, the incumbent will assist in formulating and implementing strategic staff training and development plans for the Group. In addition, the incumbent will work closely with our hotel operations to perform full range of training support.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Hotel & Tourism Management / Hospitality Management, Human Resources Management or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in training preferably gained in hospitality industry
  • Detail minded, well-organized and possesses good interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
