Training Officer

  • To identify training needs and develop frontline/dedicate training.
  • To conduct training courses on products and services, customer service soft-skill & system training.
  • To work closely with internal and/or external parties on implementation of training infrastructure for programs.
  • To achieve the expected training and call quality outcome.
  • To review the frontline agents call quality and QA performance.
  • To undertake ad-hoc projects / tasks as assigned.



  • With 2 years of proven working experience in staff Training, development and call monitoring fields.
  • With experience in working in contact centre is an added advantage.
  • Strong customer service / sales mindset, assertive and result-oriented with Customer Service experience.
  • Sensitive, open-minded and flexible to face and manage challenges.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, can work independently and team-worker.
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese / Mandarin).
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
