Design, develop, coordinate and deliver training programs for junior and frontline staff.
Manage and administer e-learning programs and maintain records in company learning management system.
Conduct training data analysis, training budget control and compile training reports on training effectiveness for management review.
Assist in administering company talent programs for various categories of staff.
Keep track of industry development trends and take the initiative to understand and explore new training methods.
Perform any ad hoc responsibilities as assigned by the management.
Requirements:
Degree in Human Resources Management, Training and Development or organizational behavior related disciplines.
At least 3 years of related working experience in sizable company. Having experiences in construction related industry would be an advantage.
Experience and knowledge in administering learning management system is highly preferred.
Good interpersonal/communication and presentation skills, team player, self-initiated and willing to learn.
Fluent in Chinese, spoken and written English.
Proficiency in MS Office applications and knowledge in e-learning tools, video editing software is an advantage.
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Training Officer.
