Training & Recruitment HR Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Training needs analysis and program development
  • Collect market information on training and development
  • Design and execute training solutions
  • Support the training activities by assisting in database maintenance
  • Recruitment administration including drafting the job content, posting online job advertisement, arranging interviews schedule

Requirements:

  • Diploma holder preferably in Training/ HRM
  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience, which gained from the banking sector is preferable
  • Sound knowledge of training needs analysis and program development
  • Previous experience in Recruitment administration
  • Proficient in Chinese PC operations
  • Excellent team player with good communication & interpersonal skills, strong sense of responsibility
  • Good command of both Chinese and English, ability to speak Putonghua is an advantage
