Training & Recruitment Officer (Retail)

Retail Training

  • Assist manager to develop, organize, coordinate and conduct training program
  • Maintain and update training materials and aids
  • Support orientations and skill-set training courses for frontline staffs 
  • To participate in training and prepare a training schedule
  • To participate in training lessons and relevant activities

Retail Recruitment

  • Perform end-to-end recruitment activities from ads posting, screening, interview arrangement, offer proposal and new staff orientation.
  • Source different recruitment and advertising channels and evaluate the effectiveness.
  • Provide solutions and professional advices on recruitment matters and staff issues.
  • Conduct job fairs, recruitment day and outdoor recruitment activities
  • Assist in any ad hoc project as required


  • Higher Diploma or above in Human Resources or Business management
  • Experience in retail industry will be an advantage
  • At least 3 years’ experience in Training & Recruitment
  • Good communication, interpersonal, problem solving skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Detail-minded, hard-working, independent and self-motivated
  • Mature with good telephone manner and be a good team player
  • Ability to thrive and multitask in fast paced energetic environment
  • High emotional maturity and able to work under pressure
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred
