Responsibilities
- Deliver training support to retail frontline in areas of product knowledge, soft skills and competency development
- Perform field coaching in order to elevate service standard and productivity
- Coordinate mystery shopper program for identifying program effectiveness and ongoing needs
- Assist in various projects e.g. new store opening, VM training and cultural sharing
Requirements:
- Tertiary educated, with a majoring in Human Resources Management or Psychology
- A minimum 3 years' experience in retail training area
- Self initiative, well organized and capability to work autonomously
- Fluent command in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
