  • Assist the Manager in developing and implementing various training initiatives to enhance the service standard
  • Responsible for developing, organizing and delivering training programs to frontline staff
  • Evaluate the training effectiveness and conduct follow-up activities
  • E-learning program design and production
  • Provide administrative support on training


  • University graduate with 3 years or above training experience, preferably gained from property management or hospitality industries
  • Strong knowledge in customer service and leadership training
  • Good presentation and facilitation skills
  • Familiar with Articulate 360 storyline is preferable
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, proficiency in Putonghua is highly preferable
  • Be a team player with good interpersonal and project management skills
  • Travelling to Mainland China will be required
