Maximize productivity through effective planning of roster patterns, allocation of resources and monitoring of overtime work.
Ensure the bus services are carried out according to the standards laid down by our customers and Airport Authority.
Maintain effective communication across HAS functional areas and airlines.
Maintain staff discipline, efficiency, safety and appearance in Transport Services Section.
Communicate all procedural changes and requests to all staff and ensure their full awareness and understanding.
Conduct performance audits and take corrective action, when necessary, to ensure high quality bus services.
Post secondary or above, 1-2 years supervisory experience.
Good command of written/spoken English and Chinese.
Holder of valid HK driving licence 1 & 2 is a must, but with 9, 10 & 18 is preferable.
