ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking customer-oriented and enthusiastic individuals to join our Corporate Operations team. As a Travel Consultant, you will be the primary point of contact for dedicated customer and provides active travel consultation towards the business customers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist and support in reservation, preparation of itineraries, accommodation and other travel related services
  • Perform accurate data entry into CTM Booking System according to clients’ request
  • Visa arrangement and purchase travel insurance
  • Assist in preparing invoices, vouchers and other documentations
  • Provide other administrative support as required

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Form 5 or above, preferably with Certificate or Diploma in Travel and/or Tourism, or related discipline. Fresh graduates are welcome
  • Passion in travel industry
  • Customer and service oriented
  • Strong sense of responsibility, proactive and positive
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good spoken and written English and Chinese, knowledge of Putonghua an advantage
