Key Responsibilities

  • Answer daily enquires at the agency desk, handle hotel & ferry reservations;
  • Assist supervisor to monitor and govern the team performance;
  • Handle daily operational duties, market research & product assessment;
  • Inventory control of products by online and website booking system;
  • Handle ad-hoc projects / tasks as and when required.

Requirements

  • Form 5 or above with recognized professional training;
  • Computer literate with knowledge of CRS/Abacus is preferable;
  • Good command of English & Chinese, Mandarin is preferable;
  • 1 – 2 years relevant working experience;
  • Fresh graduates will also be considered.
