Travel Desk Coordinator (12 months contract)

Our client, a multinational banking in the world is looking for high caliber candidate to fill the following position.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform support to managers such as arranging appointments, meeting room booking and answering phone enquiries
  • Travel Booking Arrangement
  • Prepare Monthly Travel Report
  • Air & Domestic Flight Booking
  • Organizing team events, townhall, luncheons or forum
  • Provide general logistics support to overseas visitors

 Requirements: 

  • Secondary education
  • Certificate in Secretarial training will be an advantage
  • Typing speed of 40 w.p.m. or above
  • Travel relevant experiences
  • Knowledge of software applications, including Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese word-processing
  • Minimum of 3 years' supporting or secretarial experience
  • HIGH LEVEL of written and spoken English
  • Good command of English and Chinese; proficiency in Putonghua a definite advantage.
  • Immediately available is high prefer
