Travel & HR Administrator

Hirsh Bedner & Associates Limited., an established leading international hotel design firm seeking motivated candidates for the following post:

Job Responsibilities: Travel arrangement:
All business travel arrangement (Flight and hotel booking) and approval
Travel visa application
Travel Trip counts and reports

HR/Admin support:
Provide administrative support to HR Manager and management team
Candidate interviews arrangement and meeting room booking
Maintain candidate database and track candidates status
Other Ad Hoc Office Admin support upon request

Qualifications:
With Tertiary education, preferably in Administration or related disciplines
5-7 years relevant experience in a sizable or MNC preferred
Quick learner and work independently
Detail-oriented, self-motivated and able to work under pressure in fast pace environment
Excellent interpersonal skills, mature & positive attitude, responsible and proactive team player
Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese. Mandarin will be a plus
Immediate available is preferred
