The Travel Operations Executive role is to support and play an integral role in developing the Asia’s leading travel reward programme Travel Online Platform, further expanding and developing our client’s portfolio of redemption products and services. He/she will support the Rewards team and all non-air travel redemption efforts as required. The individual will work closely with different business units to manage the non-air redemption process, and provide support along with guidance to improve commercial performance.

Our Missions:

  • Maintain business, operation and administration support
  • Assist in the development and management of the Travel Online Platform and coordinate operations with our business units
    • Verify payments and receipts against online bookings
    • Coordinate with supplier and CRM
    • Assist in the collation of analytics and reporting
    • Manage and ensure applicable content is on the TRP website
    • Assist with the planning and execution of campaigns, special promotions and packages Monitor Members Redemptions
  • Prepare reports to various executives and senior management for monitoring of operations, redemptions, business development, strategy and planning.
  • Participate and contribute to ad-hoc projects and/or reports

Our perfect teammate will be:

  • Bachelor’s Degree holder
  • One to two years’ related working experience
  • Preferred Online Travel experience and/or Travel industry experience.
  • Must be highly independent and analytical individual, able to work autonomously
  • Excellent social and communication skills. Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin preferred
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
