Treasury Manager

Responsibilities
- Report on performances of funding vehicles in accordance with the corresponding transaction documentation
- Prepare treasury reports to banks and investors such as loan portfolio performance, pool cut, note determination statement etc.
- Manage and liaise with credit rating agencies for monitoring and maintaining credit ratings of rated funding vehicles
- Build, maintain and report on actual to forecast cashflow / waterfall as well as relevant dashboards, portfolio parameters and triggers
- Reconcile the cash movements with system entries and detect anomalous data and follow up rectification with respective departments
- Perform regular reviews and evaluations of existing trusts, risks and exposures, and research and analyze market changes and their impact on investments
- Review and negotiate funding documentation
- Work closely with legal counsels, banks and external trustees
Requirements
- University degree holder or above in Accounting, Finance, Actuarial Services or related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in financial services trust analyst or treasury role, with experience in calculations of cashflow / waterfalls, note holder payments, ongoing trust monitoring and investor reporting is highly preferable
- Experience in liaising with lawyers, rating agency and bankers to structure and execute transactions
- Knowledge of treasury and secured funding from a finance, risk and market facing perspective is preferable
- Parallel legal professional qualification or qualified Accountant of CPA/ACCA or equivalent is an advantage
- Highly numerate with excellent analytical skills and logical thinking
- Proficient in MS Office applications including Word and Excel
- Excellent in both spoken and written English and Chinese
