Treasury Operations Manager

  • Bachelor degree in business administration, finance, accounting or related disciplines
  • Qualified CPA or equivalent qualification is preferred
  • Minimum: 5 to 8 years DCM and ECM syndication support experience, with in-depth knowledge and experience on treasury operation full life cycle
  • Experience on the Cash Equities / Fixed Income / Derivatives Trading Desk and ECM /DCM Syndication support
  • Knowledge and experience in Treasury Operation is a plus
  • Understanding of the full cycle of DCM and ECM syndication support is a MUST
  • Knowledge and experience of handling full project cycle on Corporate Note / Certificate of Deposit issuance is a must
  • Attention to details with ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and be vigilant to abnormalities
  • Ability to work independently as a self-starter and learn in face paced environment and meet tight deadlines of various ad hoc projects
  • Strong analytical skills, able to prioritize multi-tasking and time management
  • Ready to work in a dynamic, fast paced, deadline driven environment
  • Fluent in English and Chinese including Mandarin in terms of both writing and verbal communication skills
Job Duties:
  • Treasury Support: Knowledge and experience in full operational cycle on Treasury function
  • DCM and ECM Syndication Support: Including but not limited to ECM and DCM deals including IPO, Placement, Blocks trades, New Bond and Convertible Bond issuances
  • Ensure the operating procedures are adhered to regulatory requirements and company policies
  • Coordinate and communicate with account opening team, Middle Office Settlement, Compliance, ECM/DCM/IBD, traders, and other JBRs/JGCs to ensure deals are completed without operations issues
  • Report and submit all relevant ECM documents to central depository stock exchange and registrars in an accurate and timely manner with any queries followed up responsively
  • Work with other JBRs on any allotment discrepancies and addresses to all ECM front office and external client queries in a responsive manner 
  • Invoicing and monitoring of all fees payment/receipt associated with ECM transactions
  • Arrange for loans and/or credit line (if necessary) to facilitate executions of ECM deals on listing date
  • Middle/Back office support - Trade Support, Reconciliation, Reporting Data Management
  • Ad hoc projects as assigned
