This is a fantastic role for those with experience gained within Trust Administration functions, either at a professional firm or in-house. This position will be responsible for leading a small team and reports directly to senior management.
Our client has a long and established history of over 30 years with an international network which allows them to reach a large client base in a number of jurisdictions. They offer a range of services including fund administration, corporate services as well as others. They have been in Hong Kong for many years and have excellent offices on Hong Kong Island.
Responsible for leading a small team of trust administrators, providing guidance and training
Handle a range of different trust administration functions such as drafting and reviewing documentation, minutes and resolutions ensuring compliance with different policy requirements in jurisdictions
Work with respective offices in different countries to ensure compliance checks for new clients
Liaise with BD and marketing teams to maintain existing client networks
Bachelor degree in relevant subject is preferred
STEP or HKICS / ICSA or Legally qualified
At least 8 years of prior experience gained at professional firms or banks
Good level of English and Chinese, with Mandarin skills essential
Able to lead a team but also be proactive and independent when required
