Trust Administrative Assistant
Who will join a fast growing team in Hong Kong and be responsible for the administration of complex trust structures.
In this role, the successful candidate will work closely with a Vice President to prepare marketing materials and to provide support on ad-hoc projects. He/she will assist with the client onboarding and file opening process, maintaining accurate client records including file set-up, scanning and e-filing, maintaining and organising trust documents, handling daily administration work and ensuring compliance with company policy. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and preferably a minimum of 1-2 years’ relevant experience with a professional firm. The successful candidate will be required to work on his/her own initiative, have excellent organisation and planning skills, be methodical, with strong attention to detail and the ability to deliver on tight timescales. Excellent communication skills as well as both verbal and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin are required. In particular, there will be extensive communications in Mandarin and simplified Chinese. PC skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point are also required.
The successful candidate will have the ability to work under pressure, handling a high volume of trust structures on a regular basis. He/she should be flexible and willing to learn, a good team player and self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility.
